As you leave the church, turn around and see the well worn coat of arms above the gate and the gargoyles at either side of the porch.
In front of you is the base of an ancient churchyard cross.
When you walk around the tower, look at the rough stones used in the lower sections and see the sundial near the corner.
… although the church is called ‘God’s House’, God is not confined within these walls. You will find signs of him all around you as you go through daily life – in nature, in other people, in books, on television, in your own heart.
